Crawford/Katica, Inc. is a family owned property management company located in Tacoma, Washington. Established in 1984, we have managed commercial and multi-family properties throughout the Puget Sound area. Recently, we have narrowed our focus to multi-family housing only in the city of Tacoma.

Our current portfolio includes properties ranging in size from 10 units to 100 units. We have locations in the University Place area, near Tacoma Community College and Tacoma’s popular ‘North End’. We have housing to accommodate working professionals, students, families, and seniors.
